He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Webb and Carole R. Webb (Beck); his sister Rosalie Waterfield; and his granddaughter Harper Grace Webb. He is survived by: his sons, Phillip Webb (Amber) of Luzerne, Samuel of Pittston and Ross Webb of Pittston; his siblings, Carole L. Webb (Art) of Coxton, Kenneth of Wilkes-Barre and Daniel of Boston; his grandchildren, Savannah, Zachary, Makenzi, Raegan and Gabriella Webb; and his close friend Joyce Shields. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Luzerne County, 524 E. Main St., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
