She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Jackson and Anna Paglianite Jackson; her husband Earl O'Brien; her daughter Sadie; her pet Dallas; her mother-in-law Marie O'Brien; her caregivers, Dr. Kevin Musto, Dr. Bryan Martin and Dr. Julio Ramos; and her sisters, Sadie, Holly Wilk Homschek, Melissa Edwards, Liz Baldassari and Jessica McDermott McDonnell. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
