She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph D. "Todd" Burns and Rita Schoonover Burns. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Alu; her siblings, Patrice "Trese" Nese (Robert) of Duryea and Joseph Burns (Marie) of Avoca; her sisters-in-law, Carmella Obst (Joseph) of New Jersey, Mary Ellen Alu (Mark Buckelew) of Allentown and Debbie Montini (Donald) of Avoca; her nephews, Todd and Ryan Burns; and her niece Katie Nese McGlynn. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
