She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Maruska; and her siblings, Andrew, Anthony, Edward, George, John, Joseph, Michael, Stephen, Anna, Dorothy, Helen, Margaret and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Maruska (Susan) of Dupont and Arlene Hoover (Alan) of Duryea; her grandsons, Justin Maruska (Brittany) of Dupont and Nicholas Maruska (Amanda) of Carlisle; her great grandchildren, Alexander, Vienna and Anna Maruska of Dupont; and her sister Veronica Kura of Woodbury Heights.
Viewing was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc. (204 Main St, Duryea, PA 18642). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 10:30 AM.
