He is survived by: his son Vincent Yonushka (Rose) of Duryea; his grandchildren, Kristopher Yonushka (Alana DeMinico) and Brianna Zavislak (Mark); his great grandchildren, Nando, Mario Yonushka, Riley and Bria Zavislak; and his caregivers, Sandy, Anita and Sally.
