Joseph Mihalka Sr. Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Mihalka and Helen Mihalka; and his brother Albert Mihalka. He is survived by: his children, Joe, Amy Mihalka, Mark, Jeanna Mihalka, Christy and Bob Savakinas; his grandchildren, Sarah, Megan, Maura, Max, Maddie Mihalka, Bobby and Emmy Savakinas; and his caregiver Karen Zyskowski.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc. (255 McAlpine St, Duryea, PA 18642). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (215 Lackawanna Ave, Dupont, PA 18641).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the ALS Association.
