He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nicholas Zajac, Herman and Loretta DeBoard; his aunt Sherry Dunn; and his uncle Sam Deboard.
He is survived by: his parents, John R. Sr. DeBoard and Lynn DeBoard (Zajac); his brothers, James and Jason DeBoard; his grandmother Pauline Zajac; and his aunts and uncles, Michele Zajac (Mark Jeffers), Deborah Brouillette (Joseph), Loretta Maria DeBoard, William Zajac (Valerie) and Herman DeBoard (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many great friends.
