He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sheerer and Mary Ryder Sheerer of Avoca; and his daughter Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sheerer; his daughters, Kara (Danny Saporito) and Laine (Bryan Martin); his siblings, May Kay Gatto (Tony) and Joe Sheerer; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Pia Saporito, Brycen and Brody Martin.
