He was predeceased by: his daughter Machelle Mecca; his siblings, Albert, Frank, Joseph Adamcik of May's Landing, NJ, Helen Kubik and Sylvester Nenichka; and his children, Jake (Patty Nenichka) of South River, NJ and Karen Erdek (Mike) of Falls.
He is survived by: his wife Edith; his son-in-law Danny Mecca; his grandchildren, Jacob, Kevin Nenichka, Daniel Mecca (Astrid), Tiffany Colantuono (Michael), Nicole Cortese (Michael), Ryan (Cheleice) and Kyle Erdek (Liz); his great grandchildren, Jenna, Anthony, Mikey Colantuono, Roman, Vincent Cortese, Liyah, Jacob, Jaxon and Evelyn Erdek; and also Christian.
