She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Dunay and Anna Pavlisko Dunay; her husband Michael E. Kosik; her daughters, Ann Marie Susan Kosik and Debra Ann Nesgoda; and her siblings, Albert, Michael, Martin, Paul Dunay, Mary Dunay, Theresa Macuga, Pauline Vitek, Ruth Pernot, Ann Breig, Veronica Reese and Joseph Dunay of Enola.
She is survived by: her son Michael Kosik (Maureen) of Pittston; her grandchildren, Heather Pesotini (Ronald) of Dupont and Richard Nesgoda (Nicole) of Kingston; her great grandchildren, Piper, Payge Pesotini, Sophia and Amelia Nesgoda; her sister Helen Champi of Duryea; and her son-in-law Richard Nesgoda of Pittston Township.
