He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewandowski and Helen Grzegozewski Lewandowski; his wife Mildred T. Evans; and his siblings, Adam, Joseph, Stanley, Edward, Chester, Mary Niewiadomski, Helen Savage, Edna Dempski (Nellie) and Stella Paolini (Mlaker).
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Zbylicki (Robert) of Duryea and Ann Levandoski of Duryea; his granddaughters, Pamela Ann Field (Shannon) of Odenton, Maryland. and Samantha Garofano (Andrew) of Reeders; his great grandchildren, Anna Elizabeth Field, Emily Alexandria Field and Remy Andrew Garofano; and his niece Ann Marie Mullin of Duryea.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Germania Hose Company, 430 Foote Ave., Duryea.
