With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Brogan (Duryea, Pennsylvania), born in Pittston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dempski and Helen Dempski (Spahalski); her parents-in-law, Thomas and Catherine Brogan; her brother-in-law John Tobin; her nephews, Craig and David Jones; and her niece Lisa Jones Kutra.
She is survived by: her husband James Brogan; her children, Shawn (Nicole) of Avoca, Stacy Brogan Cassady (Skip) of Stroudsburg and Susan Brogan Thornton (Billy) of California; her sister Mary Ann Tobin of Duryea; her grandchildren, Kyle Brogan (Ruby), Kaitlyn Brogan, Emma Cassady, Erin, Emily and Allie Thornton; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Kay (Ned Jones) and Michael (Laurie Brogan). She is also survived by her family, friends.
