He is survived by: his children, Steffanie Johns of Dallas and Patrick Ferringer of Wilkes-Barre; his grandchildren, Ciara and Aurora; his son-in-law Jason Jones of Dallas; his brother Richard Johns of Shamokin; and his close friend George Wolfgang of Gowen City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
