He is survived by: his wife Karen Fortini (Czaja); his children, Robert of Florida, Eugene (Alice) of Duryea and Carina Fortini of Pittston; his grandchildren, Aliyah Gentner, Alexis and Bianca Fortini; and his siblings, Dolores Fortini Dale (William Dale) of Duryea and Leonard Fortini Sr. of Duryea. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
