He was predeceased by: his parent Eldin George Shields, Jr.; and his stepfather Charlie Crich. He is survived by: his mother Carol Crich (Smith); his children, Nicole Shields of Kingston and Matthew Shields of Kingston; his granddaughter Bailey Murray; his sister Bonnie Shields of Exeter; his stepsiblings, Charlie Crich (Betty) of Pittston, John Crich (Jennifer) of Pittston and Evelyn Hogan (Joshua) of Mtn; and his niece Erica Heckman of Texas.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc. (255 McAlpine St, Duryea, PA 18642). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
