He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tetlak and Frances Tetlak (Rokita); his children, Theresa Wesolowski and Vincent Tetlak; and his siblings, Walter Tetlak, Pauline Singer, Eleanore Szymanowski, Stella Kurek and Jean Hudock.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Tetlak (Dolan); his children, Ann Exter of Pittston Twp and Stephen Tetlak (Becky) of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Mark Wesolowski, Christina Exter, Dominique Exter, Breanna Singer, Henry and Emma Tetlak.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc. (255 McAlpine St, Duryea, PA 18642). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (215 Lackawanna Ave, Dupont, PA 18641).
