She was predeceased by: her husband Charles M. Koytek, Sr.; her parents, Nicholas Gursky and Verna Yastremski Gursky; her sons, Robert and Charles Koytek; her grandson Brian Koytek; and her brothers, Victor, Nicholas, Henry and Alfred Gursky.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Koytek (Donna) of Moosic; her daughter-in-law Christine Koytek of Moosic; her grandchildren, Melissa Albero (Anthony) of Stroudsburg, Stephen Koytek (Stephanie) of Spring Brook, Michael Koytek of Moosic, Charles Koytek III of Moosic and Tyler Koytek of Moosic; and her great grandchildren, Angelica Albero, Anthony James Albero, Javen Koytek, Tobi and Emmett Koytek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
