He is survived by: his daughter Melissa; his grandson Max Szumski; his brothers, Dennis Edwards (Theresa) of Scranton, PA and Gary Edwards (Lehrae) of Duryea, PA; and his goddaughter Lindsey Fanning. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
