He was predeceased by: his parents, Giddon Westcott and Dorothea Westcott (Haines); and his siblings, Frank, George, Elmer, Gilbert, Ronald Wescott, Anna, Alberta, Freda and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Wiancek Wescott; his children, Marianne Pherreigo of Old Forge, Joseph Capone (Anissa) of Dupont, Kenneth Capone of Dupont and John Capone of Dupont; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Michael Capone, Stephanie and Marisa Pherreigo. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dupont Lions Club in care of the Christmas Lighting Project, 401 Main St., Dupont, PA 18641.
