He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Russell Hager and Stella Hager (Good); and his son Dale Kenneth Hager, DC. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Alberta Hager (Kinney); his daughter Kathy Ann Haney (Edward) of Kintnersville; his sister Gloria Richards of Melbourne, FL; his grandchildren, Scott Lehr and Jessica Lehr (Jeremy Barnhart); and his daughter-in-law Arlene Hager of Hatboro.
