She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvel Simon and Charles Simon; her husband John Mazurkiewicz; her daughter Debbie Popovich; her grandson Christopher McCall; and her brother Jack Simon.
She is survived by: her daughter Christine McCall (Chad); her granddaughters, Mindy Bates Gallo (William) and Jessica McCall; her great grandchildren, BreAnne and Lena; her great great grandchild Paislynn; and her sister Jean Keafer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
