He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth H. Peairs and Lillian B. Peairs (Elesic); and his son Donald "P. J." Peairs. He is survived by: his wife Louise M. Peairs (Long); his daughters, Karen Peairs of Pittsburgh and Kristine "Tina" Connelly (Tom) of Elizabeth Twp; and his grandchildren, Christopher Connelly (Kasey), Jordan Spiker (Gregory), Sean Peairs Connelly, Riley, Austin and Caden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home (221 N 2nd Ave, Elizabeth, PA 15037). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church.
