It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Louise McCrumb (Duquesne, Pennsylvania), born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward H. Smerkol and Nora Smerkol (Kistler); and her siblings, Jean Fairley (Alex), Grant Smerkol and David Smerkol (Gloria).

She is survived by: her husband Chester L. McCrumb, Jr.; her grandchildren, Ricky (Vanessa), Mike, Andrew, Heather (Chris Grundy), Kurtis and Luke; and her sister-in-law Ardith Smerkol. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces, cousins, dear friends.
