He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ketterman-Cush; his children, James Cush (Rachel), Lisa Cush, Amanda Honaker (Keith), Jason Cush and Patrick Fazenbaker; and his siblings, Darlene Matesic, Robert Cush, Ann Bone (Ed) and Jim. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
