He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Frank "Smitty" Smith Jr. and Betty T. Smith (Baranyi). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mills; his daughters, Sara Smith of Braddock and Raquel Ulincy of Braddock; his sibling Thomas; his grandchildren, Luther Harper and Aniyah Harper; his stepchild Ryan Mills of Beaver Falls; and his pet Lil Guy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
