It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florine McKinney of Duquesne, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Earl McKinney; and her sister Earlene Head. She is survived by: her mother Mattie McGee (Mahaffey); and her sister Rita Chaffin (Robert Lee) of Duquesne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
