He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Vojnovich and Mary Vojnovich (Stipanovich); and his siblings, Helen Medic (Peter), John, Mark (Betty) and William Vojnovich.
He is survived by: his brother Donald Vojnovich (Milena); and his sister-in-law Dolores Vojnovich of North Huntingdon. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, 23 great nieces and nephews and 22 great, great nieces and nephews.
