She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Valco and Mary E. Valco (Dobrancin); her husband Paul G. Schorr; her brothers, Andrew Valco and Joseph Valco; and her nephews, Thomas and Gene Valco (late Kathy).

She is survived by: her stepdaughter Mary Ann St (James); her niece Susan Anastas (Boyd) of West Mifflin; and her cousin Rona Fearon of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, Cecelia requested contributions for masses.
