She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gross and Elizabeth Gross (Chadwick); her husband George C. Baran Jr.; her siblings, Ruth Caugel, Everett "Ray" Gross and Eugene Gross; and her niece Diane.

She is survived by: her stepson Kenneth Baran (Anne) of Batesville, IN.
