He is survived by: his father Van Chiavacci, Sr.; his sisters, Jennifer Biko (Charles) and Vanessa Chiavacci; his aunt Jeanette McCormick (Robert); his uncle Delbert Decker (Corita); and his nieces, Emily and Julia Biko.
