He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Taylor Hicks and William Hicks; and his sister-in-law Karen Hicks. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Varvas (Pete), Meadow Vista, Daniel Hicks, Colfax, Calif, Laura McGee (Robert), Eileen Cicilioni (Fred) and Susan Kunisky (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Brian (Melissa Varvas), Rebecca (Danielle Hicks), Casey Layton, Megan McGee, Elizabeth (Christopher Cicilioni), Andrew and Bradley (Kelsey Kunisky).
The family requests that unvaccinated visitors wear a mask to the services.
