He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Denniston; his siblings, Jack, Steve Denniston, William McCarthy, Jean Denniston, Ann Pidich and Nancy Wyman; and his brother-in-law Ed Burrows.
He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Pacifico (Toni); his children, Timothy McCarthy and Grace Gaughan (James); his grandsons, Justin McCarthy (Kim), James Thomas Gaughan (Alyssa Esteras) and Christopher McCarthy (Katie); his great grandchildren, Brody McCarthy, Bently Gaughan, Aiden, Connor Mulholland, Evan, Camden and Cullen McCarthy; and his sister Mary Burrows of Winchester, VA. He is also survived by Sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, along with many nieces and nephews.
