He was predeceased by: his parents, William Evans and Ruth Watkins Evans; and his brother William Evans. He is survived by: his daughters, Paige Zofcak of Mt Pleasant, SC and Kellie Evans of Mt Pleasant, SC; his close friend Mary Vellela; his grandchildren, Michael E. Zofcak, Jake W. Zofcak and Gia L. Kondakor; and his cousins, Peggy Ann Moult, Karla Racavich, Labrador and Cupid.
