“I took care of Jason at Mercy Hospital pediatrics. Got to know his mom and Jay. His mom's devotion was unparalleled. As he got older, and my position changed at Mercy ( now Regional), our paths crossed once more. He still had that great smile and the look of recognition when I peeked in to say hello. Nurses remember the patients that had an impact on their lives. I remember Jason. Miriam McDermott, RN 3-11 staff”
