He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Ann DeCarlo; his father Angelo Falcone; and his grandson James Notari. He is survived by: his children, Paula Notari (James), Frank Falcone, Dunmore (Nancy Koester) and Joseph Falcone; and his grandchildren, Thomas Notari (Erin) and Madelyn Samantha Falcone. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
