He was predeceased by: his parents, George Luchko and Ann Zack Luchko. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Sibio; his daughters, Robin Luchko (Thomas Fritz) of Dickson City, Susan Luchko (Allan Miller) of Dunmore and Becky Richardson (Jason) of Dunmore; his grandchildren, Alayna, Logan and Jake; his cousin Rev. Michael Lepa; and his brother George. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
