He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Manasek and Eleanor Varosky Manasek; his son Jeffrey Manasek; and his siblings, Eleanor Profka, Frank Manasek, Dolores Farmer, James Manasek and Jerry Manasek.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Manasek; his stepdaughter Tara King; his grandson Trey McMicken; his siblings, Loretta Radzwillowicz (Ted), Carol Crider, Richard Manasek (Maggie), David Manasek (Michele) and Bonnie Kranick (Paul Menzel); and his brother-in-law Alex Profka. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
