He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Pooth; and his parents, Patrick Sr. Portanova and Carmella "Molly" DiSavino Portanova. He is survived by: his son Anthony Portanova (Kerri); and his stepson Philip Williams (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Those who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to wear a mask at both the funeral home and the church.
