He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Luongo and Minnie Luongo (Genello); and his siblings, Frank (Dolores) and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Dolores (Lombardo); his sons, Salvatore (Madelein) and Pat Jr. (N. J. The); his grandchildren, Sal Jr., Alyssa, Patrick III, Zachary, Beckham, Lenis and Elios; and his siblings, Pauline Stivala (Buddy) of Dunmore and Joseph Jr. of Scranton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Dunmore, Pa., in his name.
