He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Marie Pietrafesa; his daughter Jean Marie Hart; and his siblings, James (Ann) and Isabella. He is survived by: his brother Joseph; his children, Joseph T. Garvey (Ann Marie) and Judy Foe (John); his sister Dolores Kersavage (Bob); and his son-in-law Kevin Hart. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, several great- grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
