He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Lubas; his children, Melissa of Dunmore, Michael Jr. of Dunmore and Brian of Dunmore; his sisters, Nancy Kollra of Scranton, Sharon Bruzas (Dunmore) and Diane DelVecchio of Scranton; and his brother-in-law Joseph Lubas of Jessup.
