She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Mondak; her parents, Michael Labich and Maria Labich (Koban); her siblings, Ann Croop and Michael Labich; and her sister-in-law Susan Labich.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Mondak (Joan) of Thomaston, Thomas Mondak of Watertown, John Mondak (Kelly) of Watertown, James Mondak of Watertown and Maria Hill (Tim) of Bethlehem; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Lauren, Taylor, Julie, Christopher, Nicholas and Joseph.
