She is survived by: her son Paul Costanzo (Heidi); her grandchildren, Vanessa and Michael of Madison; her daughter Pattilynn Barrett (Brad); her grandchildren, Patrick, Lauryn and Abigail of Waukesha; her sister Florence Fleth; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Kalmar and Marie Ferris. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
