It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Valvano (Dunmore, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 1, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Gallucci and Felicia Gallucci (Petrillo); her sisters, Angeline Boniello and Lucy Karwoski; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Boniello, Gordon Aten and Guy T. Valvano.
She is survived by: her spouse John J. Valvano; her sisters, Mary Anne, Anne Marie, Tina Lucas, Marcie Williams and Patti Ephault; her sons, Vito G. Valvano (Dunmore), John J. Valvano (Diane), Anthony S. Valvano (Dunmore), Nicholas C. Valvano (Claire), Paul D. Valvano (Dunmore) and Guy N. Valvano (Dunmore); her grandchildren, James, Matthew, Brooke, Charles and Madolyn; her sisters, Christina Lucas (Joseph), Ann Covey (Donald) and Carmella Aten; and her brother-in-law Anthony Karwoski. She is also survived by friends, as well as her daily friends.
