He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DuPay and Lydia Pane DuPay of Dunmore; and his daughter Anita Louise DuPay. He is survived by: his children, Joseph DuPay, Denise DuPay (Mark Nielsen) and Dana Bigelow (Jason); his granddaughters, Nicole DuPay (Kevin Yurechko), Amanda Guman (Brandon), Amy Doughty (Joseph), Ashley Ozack, Sydney DuPay, Joanna DuPay, Alyssa DuPay and Ava Bigelow; and his great grandchildren, Cambria Guman, Aleksey Yurechko, Danika Guman, Piper Doughty, Matthew Yurechko, Skyler Hill and Aleksander Doughty.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions in Joe's memory be made to Veterans Promise, 737 Main St., Dickson City, PA 18519.
