He was predeceased by: his parent Earnest Joseph Mazzuca; and his wife Sandra. He is survived by: his parent Rose Mazzuca; and his children, Joseph, Michelle, Mark, Paul and Kevin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great grandson.
