He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Sacco and Mary Longo Sacco; and his siblings, Nicholas, Vincent, Gerard Sacco and Lucille Sacco.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Cerminaro; his children, Kathy McDonough (Bill), George Bragan (Ann) and John G. Sacco, Jr. of Springfield, VA; his grandchildren, Megan Alpert (Ryan), Kevin McDonough (Melanie), Rachel Bragan Garcia, Billy McDonough (Anna), Ian Bragan (Patrick Cowley), Molly McDonough, Jonathan Schmidt, Downington, Abbagail Schmidt and Joshua Schmidt (Brycelyn); his great grandchildren, Jack Alpert, Ben Alpert, Audrey Alpert and William McDonough; and his sister Marie Barbuti. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
