The passing of John E. Hallinan of Dunmore, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 14, 2025 at the age of 63. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hallinan and Marjorie Whitford Hallinan; and his niece Kelcey Hallinan. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Hallinan, Eugene (Ann) of Dunmore, Thomas (Alicia) of Dunmore and Joseph of Dunmore; his nieces, Sarah Diamond (Adam), Garnet Valley, Meghan Hallinan of Brooklyn, NY and Molly Smith (Robert) of Hoboken, NJ; his nephew Tommy Hallinan; and his close friend Marty of Montana.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home (318 E Drinker St, Dunmore, PA 18512). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Kelcey Hallinan Memorial Scholarship, c/o Fidelity Bank 101 N. Blakely St. Dunmore, PA 18512; or Make-A-Wish and sent to the local chapter, at 327 North Washington Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503.
