He is survived by: his wife Angela Summa; his sons, Jack (Ann Cerminaro-Costanzi) of Dunmore, Paul (Jean Dunback-Costanzi) of Dunmore and Michael (Michelle); his grandchildren, Paige, Tyler, Nicholas, Vince, Donnie, Arianna and Jack Costanzi; and his sisters, Gertrude Mikolaczyk, Paulette Barrett, Joan DelRosso of Dunmore and Elaine DeMario of Philadelphia.
