He was predeceased by: his parents, James O'Neill and Mary Joyce O'Neill; and his brother William O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann DePietro; his sons, James A. O'Neill (Nicole) and Jeffrey O'Neill (Gina); his grandchildren, Connor, Chase, Mia and Gianna O'Neill; his siblings-in-law, Theresa O'Neill, Janet McHale (John), Donna Manley (Don) and Thomas DePietro; and his aunt Angela Lorince. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
